Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using hersimplified.com (the “Site”) operated by RK Insights, LLC.

By accessing or using any content on the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.  If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Site.

  • No Hate Speech or Bullying: Make everyone feel safe. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.
  • No Spam or False Information: Avoid posting spam and sharing misleading information. We strive to create a trustworthy environment.
  • No Harassment: Do not engage in harassment, threats, or invade others’ privacy. Always interact with others as you would in person with empathy and respect.

Her Simplified is committed to maintaining a welcoming and inspiring platform for all users. Violation of these rules may result in a suspension or ban from participation in our community.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to Company’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Copyrights

Company owns ALL content on the Site (including articles, photos, and videos) unless specifically noted as such. To share content, please reach out to us at info@hersimplified.com for permission.

Visiting the Site or sending emails to Company constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications providing electronically to you by Company, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Company provides these links as a convenience to you. The links do not constitute endorsement by Company of the site or any association with its operators.

We love creating and sharing valuable content on our Site for all of our users to engage with and enjoy. However, in making this content publicly available, we still hold ALL of the Intellectual Property Rights to the originality of this work. Company makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy or the information on the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any other damages, without limitation. 

International Users

Company is owned and operated in the United States. If you access the Site or services provided by Company outside of the United States of America, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws. 

Access Restriction

Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site at anytime without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the laws of the United States of America.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company with respect to the Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications between you and Company.

Severability

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of this agreement shall still be enforceable and the portion deemed invalid will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

User Contributions

The Site may include interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content and materials to us or on the Site. All user contributions must comply with the Content Standards set out in these Terms.

By providing any User Contribution on the Site, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose, in accordance with your account settings.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions and have the right to grant the license granted above to us.
  • All of your User Contributions do and will comply with these Terms.

You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Contributions you submit or contribute, and you, not the Company, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Downloads: All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable due to their intangible nature. We encourage you to carefully review your order before purchasing.

Courses: We offer a 14-day refund for our courses, conditional on proof of substantial completion of provided coursework. If you find the course not to be satisfactory, please contact us at info@hersimplified.com within the first 14 days to discuss eligibility for a refund.

Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your membership at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations made after this period will not result in a refund and will take effect from the next billing cycle.

Modifications to Service

Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its services at any time without notice. This includes changes to features, product offerings, and service options as well as adjustments to accessibility. We are not liable to you or any third party should any modification, suspension, or discontinuation occur. Your continued use of the Site following such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Account Termination and Suspension Policies

Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the site for reasons including, but not limited to, breaches or violations of the Terms or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, discontinuance or material modification to the Site services, unexpected technical issues or problems, and extended periods of inactivity.

In the event of termination, you will still be bound by your obligations under these Terms, including the warranties made by you, and by the disclaimers and limitations of liability. Additionally, Company will not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access.

Limitations on Usage

Users of hersimplified.com are prohibited from:

  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services, including the servers and networks to which our services are connected.
  • Using the site to send unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation.
  • Accessing, collecting, or storing personal data about other users of the site without their express permission.
